Beth is passionate about her second career of 10 years in clinical massage. Previously in health care for 25 years helping stroke survivors, she moved into wellness and prevention in order to address those in pain and those interested in maintaining maximum movement and flexibility over a lifetime. She has advanced clinical therapeutic skills attained in North Carolina.
She works with a variety of clients and soft tissue conditions. Her priority is working with each person as an individual, helping them to determine their personal goals from massage. She believes in releasing trigger points and sensitive tissue in a pain-free manner and in discovery of causative factors such as postural imbalance or repetitive strain. Beth’s clients become educated about the positive effects massage can have upon our health as we age. She finds nothing more rewarding than to watch someone return to an everyday movement or favorite activity after a soft tissue issue is addressed appropriately.
Beth is available for spa/relaxation experiences, clinical work, and to give presentations on a variety of topics for group education.
