Is it necessary to make an appointment?
Yes, you will need to call our receptionist to schedule your spa treatment. The telephone number is 864-991-8877. There are times you may be able to schedule on short notice, if there has been a cancellation.
What should I bring?
If you are using a gift certificate, be sure to bring it with you. We provide robes should you choose to use them. A locker with a lock is provided for personal items but please leave valuable jewelry at home. We cannot be responsible for lost items.
What is your policy regarding cancellations?
As a courtesy to other clients and staff please make cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This gives time for someone else to fill the vacant spot. You may be charged a fee if your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours.
How early do I need to arrive for my appointment?
It’s best to arrive at least 15 minutes early if you are planning on changing into a robe.
Is this spa co-ed?
Regency Spa accommodates both men and women. We have separate locker areas. Your privacy is a priority with us.
Is tipping allowed?
Gratuities are appreciated for a job well done. If you desire to give one you may do so at the end of your treatment at the time of check-out. Customary guidelines are 15-20%.
Are children allowed?
No children are allowed in the spa area unless they are receiving a treatment.
Anything else I should know?
We endeavor to make the spa atmosphere as relaxing and peaceful as possible. Therefore, a quiet atmosphere is required. Please silence your cell phone while you are in the spa area and refrain from conversing in the hallway or relaxation area.
The relaxation area is provided for your enjoyment after your treatment where you can snuggle into a comfortable chair, and continue to relax to beautiful spa music and the sound of a waterfall. Hot tea, coffee and water will be available.
