Yes, you will need to call our receptionist to schedule your spa treatment. The telephone number is 864-991-8877. There are times you may be able to schedule on short notice, if there has been a cancellation.

If you are using a gift certificate, be sure to bring it with you. We provide robes should you choose to use them. A locker with a lock is provided for personal items, but please leave valuable jewelry at home. We cannot be responsible for lost items.

As a courtesy to other clients and staff please make cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This gives time for someone else to fill the vacant spot. You may be charged a fee if your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours.

It’s best to arrive at least 15 minutes early if you are planning on changing into a robe.

Regency Spa accommodates both men and women. We have separate locker areas. Your privacy is a priority with us.

Gratuities are appreciated for a job well done. If you desire to give one you may do so at the end of your treatment at the time of check-out. Customary guidelines are 15-20%.

No children are allowed in the spa area unless they are receiving a treatment.

We endeavor to make the spa atmosphere as relaxing and peaceful as possible. Therefore, a quiet atmosphere is required. Please silence your cell phone while you are in the spa area and refrain from conversing in the hallway.
